ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. They never answer and when they do they always have an attitude. I had one refill left on my medication and they are trying to tell me I have been taking it too long and they need to contact my doctor after my doctor already called in my refills. YALL ARE NOT DOCTORS, YALL ARE A PHARMACY! My doctor even said this was not right, so I will be switching. I have never had people be so rude and so lazy. They don't care about anyone but their paychecks! And lot of times I will get a notification that my medicine is ready and get there and it's not! Then they get attitudes with you. It's just a not we'll put together pharmacy and hopefully they will close down. Any mistakes they make, it's the computers fault. There will be 4 people in line and you will be waiting for 45 minutes while all the employees are cackling and joking and on their personal phones !

Pharmacy is almost always “running behind.” Called and placed a refill at 10am, was told it would be ready by 2pm. I get to the pharmacy at 430pm and i am told they haven’t even started yet. Absolutely ridiculous and a shame it’s the only CVS nearby.

I made a covid vaccination appointment for my wife and I a week ago. Get there 15 minutes before the appointment and was told they did not have the vaccine. I received a text one hour before the appointment to confirm. Their system is broken and the employees there don't seem to care they waisted my time.

What happened to customer service in our small town. I was at CVS and in line prior to their lunch at 1:30 to pick prescriptions. There was 1 customer at counter having difficulty working the machine to pay for his medication, 2 customers in line in front of me and 1 customer behind me. The gentleman at the counter finally got his card to work and the 2 customers in front of me went up to the counter and were waited on. That's when an employee came to the counter and announced to myself and the person behind me would have to come back after lunch. I can understand turning customers away that aren't already in line waiting but to turn a way customers already in line is ridiculous. CVS in Smithfield VA your customer service today was terrible. I worked in customer service for 20 years and we would never turn away a customer that was already in line prior to closing.

While in line to pick up a prescription, the tech advised several of us that they were closing for lunch, and we would have to come back when they re-opened. This was at 1:30 and they would be back at 2:00. It is not realistic that a Pharmacy would close during their store hours, but I guess the customer does not count. I would ask that any customers they have, and those who read this, would no longer patronize this location, or CVS as a whole. REALLY SAD!!

Don't walk...Run from this place!!!!! The women in the pharmacy are rude, ghetto, disrespectful, patronizing, and racist!! I am black and they were all white. I watched them even talk rudely to an elderly white gentleman that walked with a cane. They harrass the young and the old. I just so happen to be African american. I felt racially discriminated against because I am black. I was screamed at. The drive thru is hardly ever open. Even the hours that it is supposed to be open! They make up their own hours for the drive thru. I hate going inside this store. They said that they close at 6pm. They never have your prescriptions ready when they send you text messages saying that they are. Beware!!! They will call the police on you for the hell of it when they know they're wrong! Just because they can. This pharmacy doesn't deserve half a star. They need to replace the women back there. There used to be nicer women back there years ago. I myself will never step a foot back in that CVS store. Call corporate and complain about these ghetto attitude no patience for anyone women. For the record the pharmacist lady was clueless and unprofessional as well. They were telling everyone that their prescriptions were not ready and to come back in the morning just to get the people out of the store and it was only 5:20. They were open till 6. Do yourself a favor go across the street to the rite aid or better yet go to the rite aid in Carrollton Va. That's where I transferred my business to. They answer the phone when you call and you don't have to wait on the phone for an hour while no one picks up the line. The CVS on Benns Church Blvd, in Smithfield Va. needs to shut its doors immediately until they learn how to treat people with respect no matter what gender, age or nationality. They are playing with people's lives and most importantly our health.

I have gone to this pharmacy 5 times in one week to get my prescription and each time it’s not ready. I even received a message saying it will be ready at 4pm. Waited in line for 30 minutes to pick up. Was told the message was an error and it still wasn’t ready. I’ve been waiting for these meds for 1 week. I’m on hold right now, going on 1.5 hours. No answer. Maybe they will eventually pick up or hang up on me when they close at 6pm as they have done before. So sad, they need help so they can serve our small community. Begging someone to help this pharmacy and those who depend on pharmaceutical meds.

Absolute worst pharmacy ever! I've had to call corporate several times. I'm trying to get a script canceled do to it in progress for days and always keeps saying the next day. While on the phone with corporate they couldn't even reach the pharmacy. Don't waste your time with this pharmacy.

The service is disorganized and slow. Way too slow. We arrive when the pharmacy opened to pick up a prescription, they told us it wasn’t ready and to come back an our later. We do and it’s still not ready, even after waiting in the line for 30 mins (for maybe 5 cars). They proceed to take forever to get it ready when we arrive. not sure what’s up but the management seems to need help. Many people rely on these medications and it can be detrimental when the pharmacy tells you it’s ready and it isn’t.

This store is the WORST pharmacy in Virginia, they closed the whole pharmacy without saying anything while also having my medication in progress for over a week! Due to this I will be out of my medicine. They also have the worst customer service and are always backed up.if I could give them no start I would.

This store has zero respect and not a care in the world for there customers. Medicine was called in over a week ago and still is not ready. Don't bother calling the pharmacy they let you sit on hold for an hour just to answer and immediately hang up on you then turn around and close the pharmacy early without any notice.

My 82 year old mother just left there. She got there @ 1 pm in line to pickup her meds. At 1:15 they lady at the window put up the closed for lunch sign while waiting on the person in from of my mother. When it was my mothered turn the lady told her they were closed for lunch, my mother told her she was in line at 1 before the sign went up and the lady hung up the phone they use to talk to people in their cars and closed the window and walked away. This is the 3rd time she has gone to pick up the same meds. She’s had 4 calls telling her the meds were ready and the other 3 times she has been to pick them up was told they were not ready. Now she has to go back again to get her meds. So 5th time is the charm???
