I chose this shop because it was close and I wanted to support a local business. Unfortunately the bodywork was poor quality and there are ripples visible from 15 feet away on every body panel that was worked. I brought it to a reputable shop and they concurred the repairs need to be corrected. Spare yourself the hassle

when they were fixing my car didn't install my head lights on a$3,000 . the headlights were on the floor of the shop, and it took a long time to get my car fixed because they were waiting for those headlights. it still wasn't installed until after I went to pick up the car, paid for it, and had to come back on my day off to get them installed

Smithfield Caliber Collision did an amazing job with this repair from the quality of work to the time it took to complete. My advisor Nick was hands down one of the best customer service representatives I’ve ever dealt with. Overall this shop went above and beyond my expectations; they will be my first choice and recommendation for any repairs.

Good grief the level of incompetence is astounding. Took our car there for repairs for right front end and passenger side impact. When my girlfriend gets the car home and I drive it I immediately notice the car is pulling to the left. Come to find out they never did an alignment after working on the car. Have to take the car BACK up there to have them look at it and the entire right front suspension is bent and damaged that they somehow didn't see the first time. Take the car BACK a 3rd time to get it fixed and they initially tell us they ordered the wrong part. Then come back and say they have the correct parts after all. We started asking for a rental car at 1:00 and was told her car would be ready by 1:30. 1:30 came and went and even after repeated requests for a rental car, they refused to get her a rental and her car wasn't finished until 3:30.I wouldn't let these guys put air in my tires.UPDATE - So after being told the car would "be ready in 30 minutes"... 2 hours later it's done. My girlfriend was there a little after 9:00 this morning because she had to work at 4:00 this afternoon. Now because of her car not being done she had to miss work. This literally COST me money to have them fix their mistakes. If I could send them a bill I would. Absolutely ridiculous.
