They are very nice people but it was expensive to get my car back and I had to walk across the street to the ATM to get cash but overall they were nice so that makes up for anything else.

Today was my first day getting my car towed at American Auto & Welding. The owners were very friendly and courteous. Cecil went above and beyond to make sure my car was right.

I would trust Cecil and Missy (the owners) with anything. It's a small town shop that wears numerous hats. I had the privilege of having my truck towed and fixed by Cecil when I had to make an insurance claim and move across the country all in the same week. Cecil also drove a hour and a half just to get me home but I didn't have rental coverage. They're the nicest people running a business that you can find and put up with my dozen or more phone calls over the course of nearly a month and a half. I flew back to Virginia to get my truck and the next day drove 500 miles. I didn't have to worry about a thing and the workmanship by the shop was excellent. I don't believe they will let a vehicle leave unless it is perfect and the customer is satisfied.

American Auto Welding kept my vehicle for 2 1/2 weeks for a job that should have taken 3 days. Every time I called about it I got a different lie. It cost me money for my rental so I lost a lot of money in the deal. I have never been through such an ordeal in my life! I will NEVER use them again!#!####
