Ramona is the most friendliest post master you would ever want in the postal service. She always greets you with a smile and have a good day when you leave. With the reduced hours I feel certain she has plenty of work behind the counter we don't even realize.

Please Please update these hours for the "window". Today was the second time in 2 years that I have checked this posting and gone to the physical building only to find no one there to mail my parcel.

This post office is outstanding - serving a community of Singers Glen and some of us from Linville VA. I just wish the new hours were in the morning hours rather than in the afternoons. Ramona has served all of us well. I know she struggles to get all of her work done with the reduced hours. She always with a smile and "Have a good day" to send you off to your day.
