“This was an awesome experience! All of the rider coaches we met were extremely knowledgeable and great instructors.
I only had dirtbiking experience previously and took a class with two other people. I was super nervous that I wouldn’t be able to pick up the skills. But with a small class we could practice each skill for a solid amount of time and gain confidence.
We took our class with Josh and left with some great skills and a new perspective on riding. I really appreciated the emphasis on safety and riding with a cautious confidence. Thank you Josh & the whole Mindshift crew!”
“My wife purchased her 1st Subaru, and loves it! My wife, prior to buying spoke with a salesperson (not Austin) on the phone requesting information and she stuck with them as the salesperson. However, when my wife went to go look and test drive and do more research on the car, the salesperson she spoke with on the phone was not there... Austin, met her...she said she was dealing with another salesperson...BUT, Austin continued to help her as if it was his sale. Fast forward, a week (8/15/24). I buy my Subaru Crosstrek, and because Austin was so courteous, polite, and willing to help answer any questions my wife had about her potential purchase, I decided I wanted to work with Austin...and I'm glad I did. They did not have the color I wanted and Austin was diligent in finding the one I wanted and had it there the next day and kept me in the loop throughout.
I would recommend Austin Asbury to anyone looking for a low pressure, very polite, courteous, attentive and knowledgeable salesperson.

“A friend and I were on a trip and had car problems passing through Harrisonburg and we were still 5 hours from our destination and needed to catch a flight. Fast Lane was recommended by an auto parts store and they didn't disappoint (& open on Saturday!). Zhear and his uncle and staff were amazing! Unfortunately the car needed parts & repair that required several days. Zhear was grateful enough to help us with our plan B, even helping us after hours to make sure we got where we needed to go! “Respectful, attentive, and thorough. Twice I've taken two different vehicles to Shenandoah Automative (a 2017 Silverado and a 2020 Pilot) with issues that other automotive service centers "couldn't replicate." The techs at Shenandoah Automotive listened to my description of the problem and conferred with a network of other techs to which they are connected and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issues. There may be other outstanding automotive service centers in Harrisonburg or the Shenandoah Valley, but it will be a long time before I find out who they are; Shenandoah Automative's got my business.”

“Sent my sales rep Josh A. in Norfolk a text at 5:30 this morning 5-24-2024. A friend of mine was stuck overnight with a bad tire in fishersville, Va. The company I work for back in Chesapeake has a commercial account Josh set up for us. Told him I needed a Toyo RT 35 12.50 R20. Josh got in contact with the manager of Harrisonburg 25 miles from where my buddy was. He was able to get it plugged and it would hold air long enough to make the short drive to Harrisonburg. Got there right as the branch was opening and had him fixed and back on the road by 9:00am to head back to the hotel and grab his family to continue up to snowshoe for family vacation. It means a lot that a company and a sales rep will go to such lengths just for a single tire. Thanks Josh, and colony tire of Harrisonburg.”
