“By far, the best fried chicken, I found anywhere within 100 miles of Page County. Years ago when I asked around for good fried chicken and kept hearing about a truckstop, being that location, I blew it off, because who would believe it? Then, curiosity got the best of me, and I tried it. IT IS THE BEST, FRESHEST, TASTIEST I'VE FOUND ANYWHERE. CONSISTENTLY, day after day. And you can enjoy it w two sides for under $10! I wrote a similar review on this place more CF - Luray”

“Wow! THE CLEANEST public restroom I've ever used. The store all in all was clean, with a wide variety of food and beverages, both cold and warm. The employee was also very polite. It was a great pit stop for us.”

“This place gets a 4 for convenience. It's on the resort so you don't need to drive to Food Lion (the closest grocery store which is about 10 minutes away). The grocery section is pretty small but had everything I was looking for - sliced bread, fruit, vegetables, and milk. The price is roughly 2 times what you would expect to pay at Food Lion though - $5 for half a gallon of milk, $5 for a loaf of bread, etc. There's also an assortment of souvenirs if you're interested in that kind of thing, including a mini Build a Bear type machine (where you stuff the animal with cotton and pick out an outfit).Although we didn't go fishing at Massanutten, we did hear that you can buy fishing bait, a fishing license, and rent fishing gear here too. Apparently their lakes are stocked 8 times a year so there's always fish!”

“LOCATION. This is the closest gas station to Massanutten. We stopped here only to fill up on gas.ACCESS TO/FROM PUMPS. Given the layout of the road to/from Massanutten, this gas station is easier to access when leaving Massanutten rather than going in. Once in, there are multiple pumps that were relatively easy to access. It tends to be a busy station with cars accessing the pumps and the parking spots directly in front of the store. GAS PRICE. The price per gallon was competitive with prices that we had seen on our way to Massanutten from central Virginia. We did notice a station on Rte. 33 towards Harrisonburg that was 2-cents per gallon cheaper later on the same day. We didn't go into the store, but noticed a sign for "Raise the Roost", chicken and biscuits which are sold in the store.”

“Great place to stop. Plenty of room. We were pulling our travel trailer but there were at least seven tractor trailers in the parking lot and they had their own designated spaces. There is just so much room to maneuver in the parking lot which is great. They have a great selection inside of snacks, drinks, cigarettes. I certainly would come back here again.”

“I’ve visited the pharmacy twice in the past two months, both of my visits have been top notch. My first visit included a prescription transfer and working with me on an insurance prescription approval. The staff in the pharmacy was patient and very helpful to get my prescription in a timely matter. The store is clean and organized; I noticed many items on sale. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this pharmacy to family and friends.”
