Love it here!! Cool classes, very clean and do not have to wear masks. When you stop working out on one of the machines they would kindly ask you to use a towel and sprayer provided to clean up your area.

I have belonged to this workout facility longer than any other in my life. It and a change in my eating habits have allowed me to get off of metphormin for diabetes, something I have been on for about 20 years.

Small town feel, not a large place, but has your basic weight equipment and plenty of cardio machines. Great family atmosphere considering it's the only gym in the NRV that has childcare.
