Exceptional...I've been to all 3 of their pharmacies and they go above and beyond for their customers. I've used them since they first opened in Blacksburg and will continue to do so. I've heard a rumor they possibly might open in Salem, which I hope is true.

This pharmacy opening is the most convenient thing that’s happened for me in a looong time! They always have prescriptions filled very quickly, the drive-thru is a life saver when you have little ones. Everyone is kind ? I love this pharmacy!

Wonderful customer service, love the text feature that shows the price before you pick up, cheaper than the other pharmacies I’ve used, they’re so quick and being so close to home is so convenient. Cannot recommend enough.

(My review is for the newly opened Shawsville Pharmacy) They're absolutely the best pharmacy in the NRV,literally! On a few occasions refill request needed submitted or insurance would be difficult and each time the pharmacy tech would ensure the issue was resolved! Their kindness, caring nature,and willingness to help is above any pharmacy experience I've had! You can't go wrong choosing Shawsville Pharmacy.They ensure their customers are a priority and their actions show just how much they care!!

I HIGHLY recommend this pharmacy. I have never had to wait in line or ever had any issues at all with them. They are owned by the same people that own Blacksburg & Christiansburg pharmacy!! Good people!! The manager of the store will do her best to get any item that you need from a pharmacy and usually within a day or two!! I am so happy to have a pharmacy back in Shawsville again!!!

My wife and I have tried to support this local pharmacy since we moved to the area 6 years ago, however we cannot anymore. The customer service is the poorest of any business I have ever experienced. Almost every time my wife fills a prescription with them there is some sort of issue. These issues have included having to wait 5-10 minutes for help when I'm the only person in the store even though there are 3-4 people behind the counter, and even being shorted a pill on several occasions. Most recently I came in to fill the wife's folic acid and stood there almost 5 minutes waiting for someone to notice I had walked in. There were two behind the counter and two cleaning the bathroom. When I finally received help, they told me the insurance database was down and they were sorry. No alternatives were offered such as sending the prescription to another pharmacy or offering cash price (which was only $4). We then called Kroger and they not only were extremely helpful but said they could give it to us at cash price and then refund us after the insurance database was back online. We will not be using Shawsville pharmacy again and if they're smart they'll start putting a priority on customer service, because it is severely lacking.

I used to use this pharmacy and the people were friendly and the service was good. Never had any problems. Only switched pharmacies because I moved.
