It was very convenient and again Meleah was wonderfully friendly, competent, and professional.All my items were in excellent condition. “I rented a 10x10 unit at this location for one year month to month and had a good experience overall. The facility was clean and easy to get in and out of. However in that one year they raised my rate twice and the second time they raised it by about $100/month. There’s not much you can do unless you move your stuff out so you’re kinda stuck and they know that. This is probably the case with other places too though.”

“Mimi at the Langston Blvd location was so incredibly helpful and kind. I had accidentally placed my items in the wrong storage, and I believe if it were any other storage unit, I'm almost certain they wouldn't have been as considerate and understanding as Mimi was. She contacted me right away, and let me know of the situation. She even re-installed another lock to make sure my items remained safe until I could make it back to the storage unit. That evening when I came, she walked with me to the unit and helped me set up my new storage space. When we realized that there was another error, she took the time to fix it. Throughout the entire set-up process, she was so incredibly kind and patient with me. Also, on my first night trying to get there, I got very lost. She took the time to stand outside for a long time until I could get there. She was very patient and gave me very careful directions until I managed to figure it out, but in both cases, I really appreciated her help and kindness. I would really recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit just because of her amazing customer service.”

“Found Bookstore Movers based on some Reddit reviews so decided to request a quote online. They got back to me the same morning via email which was crazy fast. And that experience was consistent every time I emailed them moving forward - amazing customer service. We got James, John, and Myree for our move and we couldn't have been happier. They were very quick and efficient, and overall very friendly people! All of our boxes were out the door in less than 20 minutes (about 15 boxes). The furniture took longer but that's to be expected, especially since they took the time to wrap everything up in moving blankets which was awesome! They chatted with us while they moved our stuff (but they didn't get side tracked) and were pretty fun to talk to. It was about $800+tip for an apartment to apartment move within Arlington. I don't know if that's a great value or not as I've only hired movers twice, but I do know my stuff arrived undamaged and they made the move pleasant and stress-free so for me it was well worth it. Will definitely be hiring them for my next move!”

“I had a GREAT experience working with NewRay. They provided me with the most comprehensive quote of any company (and I requested quotes from at least 10 companies). On the day of the move, the team lead called 45 minutes prior to arrival which was actually earlier than they said they would. This gave me plenty of time to get my cat corralled and to be ready for the movers to arrive. The team was courteous, FAST, and careful. They actually came in under the quoted price probably due to their expeditious service. They carefully wrapped all of my furniture items and took great care in moving them from the old place to the truck and from the truck into the new place.
