“Drove past here today for the first time after visiting the death site of Stonewall Jackson which are included in the pics of this review. We most definitely want to come back here and spend more time and I’ll add pics of our visit. Nice little place for sure and excited to come back and spend more time here.Updated: 7/15. “I have not been compelled to leave a review in quite a long time. But today I had a long day at work and on my way home I stopped by this little gas station I was greeted very professionally and nicely by a younger blonde woman. The food menu looked appetizing so I ordered a BLT and fries I'm more than impressed with the food the customer service and the overall quality from this little store. A shout out to the young woman behind the counter -she even brought my food to me outside while I was on the phone such a great experience I will definitely stop here more often.”

“Best price on cigarettes here with app advertised discounts off multiple cartons.Having access to a squeegee and washer fluid to clean windows is a nice perk.Fuel is 10-20 cents a gallon more than COSTCO. If they would add non-ethanol fuel I would frequent more often to fill fuel cans for equipment.”

Horne's is Americana at its core, it recuperated me after long hours of the road, and it gave me the energy before long hours digging in the Virginian dirt. “OMG!! They have the best fried chicken!!!! Yes, a gas station. The prices are rediculously cheap for the quality you get. My family church buys chicken from here for their funerals. When we have events at my uncle's home he buys chicken from there! It is so good.”

“The pizza is very very awesome very surprised for gas station at pizza is that good. Soon they will be adding more menu items for toppings for the pizza I do know that. On top of the pizza the sandwiches and subs are a very good as my preferred place for lunch and usually dinners of take out I will always be frequent seeing on a regular basis. “I love this gas station. Other reviews have mentioned shelves empty. I go here for gas. The bonuses are their chicken, biscuits, and potatoes wedges. They have a variety of things on their shelves from aspirin, chips, candy, to STP brake fluid, variety of beer, soda, cigs, lottery. I mean how much shopping do your really need to do at a gas station. When I first went here they didn't talk much but once you see them a few times they talk to you like family.”

“This gas station sells diesel gasoline which was the reason we stopped here. Not a big station and only one pump sells diesel and kerosene. There is a small store with casino slot machines in the back, of course they are the electronic machines. They do sell a variety of drinks, food, and alcohol.”

“One of the best Wawa in the area. The store is always clean, well stocked, and with a vast variety of snacks, drinks, etc. The fuel pumps are clean, free of trash and the credit card readers always work. The restroom is always clean, and that’s a good thing on the long car rides with the kiddos. Staff were all friendly, professional and courteous. When I’m passing through, I will always make time to stop at this Wawa location. Enjoy!”

“I have lived locally to this store for about 3 years now and the staff along with the ambiance is fantastic. There is a saying amongst us gas-stationers; treat your local gas station well. I used to frequent this gas station more often when I had a nicotine habit, that influenced me to go there every day.My wife and I regularly get their fantastically fried chicken (their fried catfish is my absolute favorite). Their deals on catering and a lunch tray are very affordable.The kitchen staff and store staff are amazing. They are incredibly polite and if you treat them well they always look out for you.This review is a reminder to be polite to retail and customer service staff. They are part of the backbone of our economy. Because guess what; you always need gas and convenience.”

“Relatively new to KG. Someone told me to stop by and check this place out. They have some good fried chicken! 10/$10 and they also have sides. We usually get mac n cheese and mashed potatoes. It can be a little slow depending on who is working there but it is worth it.”
