i ALWAYS GET GREAT SERVICE, HOWEVER TODAY I WAS CALLED BACK BECAUSE MY INITIAL PREPARER MADE A HUGE MISTAKE WHICH WAS CAUGHT WHEN ANOTHER PREPARER REVIEWED RETURN, WHICH RESULTED IN ME HAVING TO OWE A HUGE AMOUNT IN FEDERAL TAXES ALTHOUGH SHE TOLD ME I WOULD GET A REFUND BACK FROM FEDERAL & STATE. THIS ERROR WOULD HAVE ALSO CREATED A HUGE PROBLEM WHEN MY DAUGHTER WENT TO FILE HER TAX RETURN.
