They are continually hard working to ensure that the appliances they service are in working order, along with thinking ahead to replace commonly worn parts along with what broke, helping to make sure that the customer gets more life out of the appliance! Doug’s is terrific! Their guy Steve came out and fixed or dryer problem with courtesy and kindness and was very knowledgeable, explaining how to prevent future problems. My wife and I have used them for years and look forward to many more.Thanks Steve!!
