“Our local Supply Line closed and there are certain items that are the best at this store. Chicken livers are cleaned very well, love the coconut cake and their fruits and vegetables are the best. Our dogs get chicken livers twice a month and I absolutely hate opening a pack and finding green sacks of bile in with the livers. Some companies just don’t take pride in what they sell. I even found snow crab legs in the freezer section without the claws. They were absolutely delicious. It’s an hour drive but husband and I can go to lunch while out.”

“The food is delicious. I ordered the cheeseburger and fries and it was fantastic. It looks like a bait and tackle box store on the outside, but the inside is full of deliciousness. They are also open for breakfast and I'm looking forward to trying their breakfast items too. And I love that they put your fries in a covered container so they can stay warm longer. If you are looking for some home cooked grilled food, this is the place to go.”
“Very few nice country store with a vast variety in case you forget something you need. Very friendly staff. The place is clean. They also have a deli where you can't go wrong with anything and the meals are cooked quickly! Good place to stop for a minute or just hang out with the local folk and see what's happening.”
“Gas price was with in 4 cents of cheapest gas station. Many sodas juices for 99 cents lot of fishing. Good cold beer & cheap only 4 miles from Hyco landing .”
“We were very impressed with the selection, the price and the QUALITY of hot cooked foods at the Deli. We bought a 2 piece (breast and thigh!) BAKED chicken dinner with 2 sides (we chose mashed potatoes with gravy and mixed sqash, green eans and carrots) and a biscuit for $8. It was DELICIOUS AND HOT! There was seating on the front covered patio with nice wooden rocking chairs. (We don't smoke so we just moved the ash tray.) Inside the store was well stocked and very nice and clean! So we're the restrooms (which Inwas told are checked every hour!) All staff were very pleasant and efficient. There was a whole line of gas pumps and the parking lot was well paved and cared for. We will certainly visit here again when going through Dinwiddie! Very pleased!”
