Mailed 10in flat envelope from Staunton VA to Charleston SC in November for Christmas which STILL has not be received. Additionally, 2 weeks ago sent out 100 wedding invitations and as of today some guests STILL have not received. Now we have to contact those for RSVPS.So aggravating!

To bad there isn't a negative star rating, You would get a -5. You are hurting business who rely on your services. I have had 7 packages so far in the last 2 weeks that have not made it to their destinations. Stuck at the same sorting office. Get it together. Someone should be losing their job.

My package is stuck at this center. It has been more than 10 days but its not moving. I called customer care but they just raised a investigation ticket. I don't know how many days its going to take. That package is very important to me. I'm feeling helpless. USPS sucks. Poor service.
