“Wow. So after pretty much 12 hours and 3 different roadside assistance services my car received the simple battery jump it needed! I called Thomas Towing told them what I needed and within 35 minutes he was with me in the parking lot. I had a larger known RA company come that morning and they failed to get my car started I paid them at a 50% rate. The second company stopped responding and after a few defeated hours and researching I reached out to TT and they were there! He realized the issue applied power directly to my battery and charged a great rate in this economy. He was courteous enough to send me a Tool recommendation for situations like this and luckily after taking my car to get checked out everything is all good! Thank you so much again! Your assistance was appreciated on this cold Monday afternoon.”

By the GRACE OF GOD my family was greeted by a gentleman by the name of TRAE who went above the call of duty to make sure that we got a ride to the nearest automotive service shop, but not ONLY that, since we were out of town from Philadelphia, trying to have a nice vacation, TRAE helped us with our bags and gave us a little tour of the land and he drove us to the nearest hotel so we could all get a goodnight good night's sleep! “Made a trip to Williamsburg VA the weekend of 06/15/2024 from NYC for a wedding. On the drive down my driver side wheel bearing was making a horrible humming sound! This place literally saved my trip. Dustin and his staff were so wonderful and hospitable to my gf and I. It was clear that the place was busy and they had a ton of cars to work on. I had to get my car fixed or I wouldn't be able to make the rehearsal dinner or actual wedding the next day. He squeezed my car into his busy schedule and his colleagued worked on it. Turned out my part was seized due to the rust. Man that mechanic went crazy trying to get it off. Dustin was so kind and accommodating, we had very pleasant conversations and his dog was so friendly! Best experience I've had with a mechanic. They were honest and communicative about the work progress. The problem was fixed same day and I made it in time for the wedding rehearsal. The drive back was smooth. Next time I'm down there visiting family again, I'll stop by to say hi.”

“Just wanted to thank Ren over at the Commerce road location. I was driving down the road and my tire pressure monitor light came on and I pulled into Leete just to see if they could check pressures and make sure I hadn’t run over a nail or risk having a blow out on the highway and Ren checked all 4 tires and the spare and found a few tires were under pressure and had tripped the tire pressure sensor. He checked for punctures & filled all tires up including the spare (which he had to crawl up underneath of my 4runner to get to) and the sensor light went away. He didn’t even charge me even though it took 10-15 minutes out of his day. I just wanted to say thanks to him and Leete for helping me out at a moments notice and ensuring my car was safe to drive. I will definitely recommend this place to other people. Thanks again.”

“My wife got my car towed on 11/9/20. A little bit of background - She borrowed my car because the fuel economy was better than her truck. She's a professional photographer, and had just finished a week long session in North Carolina. We're from Maryland, and she was passing through Virginia.She and her second photographer stopped at Chipotle for about 20 minutes, and came out and the car was gone. At the end of the parking lot, was a little tow away sign.The guy who towed the car got her all of her work back, as well as the vehicle the same night. With photography, timing is crucial, as very often, the first photos that are available are the ones that get purchased, and they needed to be uploaded that evening. With all of her equipment and computers in a car that was under lock and key, that would have been impossible.Most people would be angry at the $140, but I'm just pleased she was able to get my car, and all of her equipment out in a timely fashion, even though all of this happened well after standard business hours. I haven't inspected the car for damage, and I'm amazed they managed to get an FWD car out of a spot without destroying the transmission, or making terrible flat spots on the tires, but that's a problem for tomorrow. For tonight, whoever was on duty has my thanks, and my gratitude.”
“J&R Towing was fantastic! I was stuck on the side of the road with two flat tires last week around 830 at night. I was calling around to different places and they said they could have someone within the hour. I only ended up waiting for a few minutes and then they were there to save the day! Their pricing was also extremely reasonable! I would recommend then to anyone in the area needing a tow.”
“My car got towed from Cary Street Station’s lot (if you ever go to PBR, be careful where you park), and this was the company who towed it. Honestly, after the experience I had with another company this past week, they were pretty great. I was able to call and make an appointment to come pick up my car, they told me how much it would be, and there wasn’t any damage to my car. All in all it took maybe 15 minutes and that’s only because there were like two people ahead of me. The only negative was that the after-hours call center was not very knowledgeable on where my car was or how much the tow would be, but ultimately, not a bad experience.”
