“I dropped off 7 packages to ship last Thursday, that were all QR codes that had to be scanned and then packaged up by the team at Fed-ex. I have to say this was one of the top customer service experiences I have had in my lifetime. Dakota was a gem! She was so friendly, professional, efficient and just overall a ray of sunshine - where you really don't see that much anymore. She got a rhythm down with my 7 packages and had everything submitted in no time!
The other worker was also great, welcoming everyone that entered in and making sure that every customer feet seen while she worked on a customer's print job.

I explained the problem to him and showed him my phone so he would realize that I was telling him the truth, that I couldn't get there on time because my phone is the tool I use to guide me. They didn't understand that and charged the company I work for about $170 late fee.”

“I picked up 2 alpine dairy goats that flew in from Washington state via Delta Cargo. As far as the flight experience goes, the goat kids have no comment, but both arrived in good shape and full of energy when they got to our house. Locating the bay for pick-up was not easy; although it is on the map, the signage at the airport does not tell you which carriers are located in the assigned cargo pick-up areas and there are 2 exits. Delta is in the first group (1-3) off of Air Express Road. It shares a suite with a few other carriers whose signs are less prominent than the FedEx markings that dominate the building row. Pick-up was simple: share the air waybill # and photo ID. I could hear the goats bleating from their kennel so I knew they were nearby! The staff brought the kennel to the edge of the loading bay and offered to help get it into the back of my car, but it was light enough to move on my own. They were pleasant and it was a quick transaction. Faster than picking up chicks at the post office!”
“We have used Estes Freight for all of our company shipping for many years. Their team is phenominal. When i got married we decided not to have wedding guests give us gifts we did not need, so we chose an organization in Texas that paired rescue dogs to Veterans for companionship and rehab. This organization needed items for their offices, as well as dog supplies. We ended up with 3 HUGE crates that we filled with all of these wedding gifts. ESTES took it upon themselves to ship it at THEIR EXPENSE from here in Virginia to Texas. That should tell you what kind of company Estes is. Hats off to all my handlers at Estes, AMANDA, SHELLY, DENISE and HEATHER !! you all rock !”

“After reading ? some of the reviews. I was happy to say most of them are right great place drop load off to I was a work in check in at 730 am and out the door with paperwork in hand at 11am. Knowing I was a work in I knew it would take a lil bit. But only 4 hours I am happy with that. And they have overnight parking too. And the worker was great to work with everyone was nice.”
