I was driving a diesel vehicle, but a big rig. Appears their diesel is only for big rigs as it has the bigger nozzle. I visited their in the past and the folks inside are very friendly.

Just like every other Shell, their lousy pumps trigger constantly and it takes forever to fill up my gas. Go anywhere else.

Can't pay at pump. I've visited this location three times because I prefer Shell gas but their pumps will not work with any CC or debt cards. I've tried, master card, visa, and Amex,. You insert them and the screen just says insert car. Cashier couldn't figure it out either. So, you have to go in to pay, which if this was 1970, sure but it's 2021. This isn't new tech. Just go to WAWA. Never had an issue with their card readers.

This store makes absolutely no sense. So you can't get a slice of pizza because you won't purchase a whole one. If they are out of pizza, they will not make another one if you're not looking to purchase a whole pizza. This is extremely bad for business especially for people only wanting a slice of pizza. They won't ever get my business again.

This 7-Eleven is located just outside the entrance to Richmond International Airport making it a convenient stop for topping off the rental car before turning it in. The pump area is reasonably covered though not the walk to the store itself. They have 8 pumps of the usual fuels that are competitvely priced to the Wawa across the way. Squeegee was present and the trash bins were not full. This store is currently selling Shell products so you can use your Fuel Rewards for 3 cents off or more. My main problem today, the receipt did not work and I had to go inside to quickly claim it. Annoying but the lady working the register was ready for me when I entered.
