“Sam Orth has gone above and beyond in helping me clear out my basement in preparation for a renovation. He has taken some of the stress out of this endeavor thank you Sam and public storage. He also came up with a plan to bring home 10 to 15 boxes a week and decide whether to donate trash or keep so that the storage units don’t become long-term out of sight out of mind places.”

Also the main one helping me that day was a woman named Ja’el. She took so much time for me. She answered all my questions as well. “The My Guys team was fantastic in our local RVA move. Great communication and coordination early on, Ray did a detailed on site survey and inspection that informed our affordable estimate. Joe was flexible and responsive in scheduling the move to meet our timeline. Purcell led the moving team of awesome and careful gentlemen, Anthony, Tyrone, and Brad. They hustled for nine hours on one of the hottest days of the year, taking good care of fragile items and freshly painted walls. These are my go-to guys.”

From the beginning stages of setting up the rental process, the folks at AAAA Self Storage & Moving were incredibly friendly & helpful. They made us feel very comfortable leaving our items there, knowing our stuff would be in safe hands.
The business has great hours, several access points, and carts to make transporting items easy, plus it is close to the heart of Richmond.
We used AAAA's space for 2 years, and hope to work with them again.

“I called Ample Storage and I spoke with John Knight He was very professional. He answered all my questions and was able to give me additional pertinent information concerning my storage site. The facility is very clean. It has easy access ,climate control and equipment(dolly, flat bed) to make your move a easy experience. Helpful and friendly employees. They have a hand cart available that you can use to move your items. Good lighting and climate controlled. You can pay online. Super convenient location at the intersection of Laburnum and Nine Mile.”
