“Truly how is anyone supposed to find this place? The entrance is labeled a Hampton Inn and some new restaurant, no mention of a post office until you’re already inside the building with no markers. Perfectly fine service but a real pain to locate.”
“As others have said, the only downside of this post office is that it is not that easy to find. If you are looking at the (Valero) gas station from the front, it is to the left and ALLLL the way back. Note that it is part of the same building as the gas station.”
“Courteous and efficient customer service. Postal clerk explained the cost of each type of Priority mailer, then helped correct an erroneous zip code! Also, no line at 4pm even through Google Maps showed “busier than usual”.”

Today I came in only two minutes before closing time - for this, I was bracing for possible hostility, but was instead met with the utmost professionalism, support, and courtesy by the clerk at the desk. I wish I had caught her name. My receipt identifies, “clerk 51”.”

“It's a post office. I've come here a few times to mail returns and the employees have always been helpful and fast. I don't expect service workers to be full of sunshine and happiness all day, so I don't care about friendliness as long as they aren't intentionally rude. The employees have been friendly every time I've come here. No complaints”

“I’ve always received good customer service from the agent at this location. I’ve read some other reviews, and must say that the agent has an eccentric sense of humor, but I cannot say that he has ever been rude to me. It does appear that the agent is a one man show. However, in my opinion, he is efficient, and does a great job by himself, as I’ve never had a long wait. I have, on several occasions run in at the 11th hour, literally two minutes before closing, when I would have admittedly been upset if I were in his shoes, and on the other side of that glass. Instead, he has been nothing but helpful on each of my visits, and has even suggested the safest and most cost effect ways to ship fragile items, oversized items, and even international packages. My only complaint is about the building. It does seem a bit dark inside, and could stand better lighting.”

She saved the day last weekend. I needed a package that was at Brook rd and she said she was going over there and took my number. The next morning(saturday) she called me and said she had it and was bringing it to Klockner.

“I have always had pleasant experiences and good customer care at Sandston. I also sell on ebay --I have mailed about 1,800 packages since 2016 and only 2 did not make it to customers, however, the trouble wasn't on this end--it was the post office on the receiving end. I think the staff is always courteous, professional, and efficient--they are also very kind to many of the seniors or customers who need special assistance. I thank them for their commitment to service.”
