This place is FILTHY at best! If you must stay here don't walk on the carpet without shoes on because your feet will turn black. Shake your bags out because they have flying cocktail roaches. They got the TV, refrigerator and microw6daisy chained to one outlet (safety hazard) and whomever taught the maid how to make a bed needs to have the head examined. Really - a twin sized fitted sheet does not go on a queen sized bed. #SMH! And another thing you family shouldn't be living in the hotel especially if you6telling customers the maximum stay, per Henrico county and/Virginia State law is 30 days.
Rooms: Decrepit and moldy
Nearby activities: Directly across from the airport
Safety: Poor lighting all around the building
Noteworthy details: Mold on the ceiling tiles and dust coming through the air vents. Trash around the washer and dryers. Over flowing trash cans leading up to the second floor by the vending machines. Vending machines are unserviceable. Hotel manager refuses to reimburse occupants when washer/dryer takes their money but the hotel keeps money made from washer and dryer.

just disgusting
It is the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen.
Nothing the hotel shows in its photos is true. I don't know how it's possible that it's in cervice, you can't even breathe because of how horrible the smell is, even blood stains, oh ?

Terrible experience, I book The Express Airport Inn RIC parking lot for a vacation from April18-May14. Unfortunately I have to return on April 24 due to a death in the family. The hotel rep was clueless as to how to get a refund, I've been ignored by the booking agency..... Complete waste, it's in a horrible, unsafe location, they dont have a shuttle and it costs $15 each way to uber to the airport. My advice, use another facility.

This was the nastiest most run down hotel I have ever had the misfortune to be booked at. Was told it was non smoking room, and the first one was right over a bunch of guys sitting around smoking. I had asked for a room on the ground floor to start with and when I explained I could not take the smoke due to health reasons, he came up with a ground floor room! It smelled so much of cigarettes that you could taste it ! There was even an ash tray in the room! But it was marked non smoking. The chairs in the room and the curtains on the window were nasty! Had strange spots that I don’t want to know what it was! I will never be back to this place and I will never used the booking service that put us in this hell hole!

Filthy! Carpets had not been vacuumed, shower curtain extremely dirty, dried up soap from Last person still on shower shelf, dead flies in bathtub, cigarette holes in sheets, bugs behind bathroom door, no blanket on bed, towels gray and stained, non-smoking room but smelled like cigarette smoke.Only stayed because it was close to airport. Do not recommend.

Let me say life hasn't been so smooth out here but all that to say that I stayed here on emergency circumstances. That doesn't excuse the hotel from letting me stay in a filthy room and nastier management. When I checked in I was in awe of the room size and big beds. Just to see that the room was nasty as can be. I understand the price but come on what are you paying for?! They have a hole in the ground thats supposed to be a pool that is never open but shows pictures of what they have as amenities like:* A pool* Breakfast* Wifi* A gym* Conference rooms, etc.All of which never work or available!I tried to speak with the manager there to inform him of the room conditions and he was very rude and said he would call the authorities on me for complaining about the room. He told me that he doesn't except complaints and to leave to premises before he calls the authorities anyway. Long story short no refund and no respect! I am posting the same pictures I showed the manager there. There are no exceptions for this fouly run establishment!!No matter whom is paying should not have be subjected to such appalling conditions!Welp I'll be adding them when the site allows.

This is a roach motel. Roaches on the walls. Paint peeling every where. The bathroom had tissue in the vents don't know why. The fridge was very dirty and stunk inside. This place should not even be open. If I could give no stars I would.

Absolutely awful, not clean, cigarette butts in the floor.My husband and I booked a room at this hotel to be near the airport. The RECENT reviews we saw were decent so we gave it a chance. This turned out to be a big mistake. The room had obviously not been dusted in many years. There was sticky drink splashed on the walls and tv. We found at least 3 cigarette butts in the floor. While the sheets had been washed, they had cigarette burns and mystery stains on them. It was so bad that we left and slept in our car at the airport.

Best place to leave a car long term. The motel itself is crumbling. Dirty. Broken. Scary elevator. Filthy.
