After a week of traveling through Virginia with family my vehicle had some trouble going back home to NY. CVT and their excellent staff was able to recognize the issue and were able to get us back on the road the same day. Pleasure doing business with them. KH

Amazing experience from start to finish. Check engine light came screaming on the dashboard halfway to Busch Gardens and our quick Google Maps search found these guys. They were clear in their assessment of the problem the estimate was quick the parts came quickly and they understood how important it was for us to get back on the road. The front desk manager the owner and their technicians were great to deal with

We had some issues with the services we got another company. CVT was super helpful and patient with us while we worked to get that company to cover the cost of repairs. They even acted as a go-between.
We thought everything was done but it turns out there are still some issues caused by that original company’s work and CVT has stepped up again to try to help us not only get our car back on the road but also in getting a resolution with that other company.
It looks like this place recently came under new ownership or management. Not sure of the details of that change but something to consider when looking at older bad reviews. The young woman at the front desk has amazing customer service skills and is a pleasure to work with. We met the owner and he was also very kind and asked for feedback on what their business could have done to provide better service to us. I told them nothing because they have been a pleasure to work with.
