I think Al is a good guy, but he may have some problems with some of his workers.Someone left the breather off my engine.I had to tow the vehicle back at cost to have them put the part back on. Several exhaust leakes were found after they did a $4000.00 dollar Converter job. I took the vehicle back to fix the leakes and the vehicle was still leaking in 3 different places when I got it back.So I had to pay $200 dollars to another Mechanic to fix the leakes so the vehicle would pass inspection and was not reimbursed.Now all of sudden I'm having engine trouble. The vehicle only has 84 thousand original miles on it.

Al's has always be a Great auto mechanic repair shop. They get you in and out quickly. Their very knowledgeable and reliable. I've been using them for 15+ years. Their good People.

I had a hole in my brake line found Al's Auto and he told me to bring my vehicle over they would take care of it. Al's was very professional and friendly when I showed up. They fix my issue and my vehicle is running great. If you are looking for that big franchise service but feel like your family, I recommend Al's Auto. I only live not to far from the shop and decided to walk home after dropping my vehicle off. Mr. Al didn't know me but offer to get me a ride home. I was very appreciative that he even cared with me being a first time customer. That made a great impression and I recommended him that day to my family and friends. I will be using him in the future for my vehicle maintenance.

I stopped by for a diagnostic on a Thursday around 2pm. I was told to bring my car in Monday morning. I left the car at 9am, called at 2pm only to hear a man yelling that it was being pulled in. Called back at 4:45pm, the receptionist said its being pulled in now. I asked if it would be looked at today , she replied no, they close in 15 minutes. If they're too busy to do the diagnostic, then they're too busy to do the work. Never again!

Out of town travelling home had fuel leak. Found Al's nearby. They were amazing, fixed issue and allowed to have our dogs in to wait with us and had water and treats. Thorough, friendly service, Dog approved
