I called looking for a solid 24inche diamond cut rope 6mm. They didn't have it but they had a 26 wasn't sure about the 26 but afterwards I got it due to the fact there was not rush or pressure in the sale or conversation. They even offered to cut it down to 24 but afterwards like the 26 better. And I got a gold cross to fit it well. I've gotten quite a lot of compliments. Just want to say good place to go straight up no bones ran well. Good employees. Ty again roger

What a delightful jewelry store. I had 2 batteries replaced in watches. I am very pleased with the friendliness of the staff, price, it's independently owned and will make this my go to.

My husband and I like to support local and saw great reviews for this jeweler, so we brought him a very special diamond and asked him to put it in a setting. We paid over $2000 for the setting and the stone to be put in. Within THREE WEEKS the stone fell out, clearly a jeweler issue. The jeweler, Banzy, told us he would replace the diamond, so we brought it in. After a MONTH of silence on his end, we contacted him about when he thought it would be ready. He told us the ring had been "cut out" of the setting, so he wouldn't be replacing it. It hadn't left my finger since the day I got it, so a clear and deliberate LIE. When we went to pick it up, he had clearly CUT THE PRONGS off on one side of the ring. Liars. Deliberate, miserable liars who NOT ONLY did a terrible job and refused to stand behind it, but took it the extra step of cutting up my ring. We trusted them so we have no way to take them to court, otherwise we'd be driving a courthouse right now. DO NOT TRUST THESE LIARS.

Very very happy with the experience I had at Airport Jewelers. I brought in a ring and wanted to get stones inlayed that I also brought in, they gave me a very fair price to do the work. I am extremely happy with the way the ring turned out it is gorgeous and it was done very quickly (1 week). Banzy made me feel very at ease with the whole process! This was first time at Airport Jewelers but it certainly won't be my last! I would HIGHLY recommend!!!2-12-24Went back to Airport Jewlers once again!!! I am so happy that I did!!! I had Banzy do another piece for my wife for V-day. They exceeded my expectations once again!!!! I wish I had a before picture. But I took them sort of a plain Jane bracelet I got my wife for our wedding 5 years ago. I took it to Banzy he redid the engraving and added a sapphire. I am so happy I took it to them!!!I attached a pic to show the after!

Airport Jewelers is a great place for jewelry repair. I have had link adjustments done on all of my watches here. Todd is a master at jewelery repairs and Leslie is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend you try this place.
