This store is polite and relatively clean. However, main downsides are the lack of hot foods and the size of the store.

These indians are basically getting to the point they are stereotyping people with no probable cause or discernment. A group of any other people can come basically yelling for change and they say nothing. But when they're a group of afro negros in front of store they are loitering no matter what they doing. They could be helping people and the indians would care less. This is not there home country, that caste system they got in India is not working in America. We already went through that with civil rights. Now the closed the door from 12-4 am while the clerks are smoking and relaxing. Their might be a truck here but other elevens stay open regardless.

Terrible Experience! I visited this store on Williamsburg Rd and both women behind the counter treated everyone as criminals. One of them watched everything I was doing. They checked customers bags and even opened up my hotdog container to make sure I was not stealing anything. I felt humiliated! I will NEVER visit a 7-Eleven again. Surely not this store!

Not open 24/7, left a handwritten note saying that they are not open 24/7 on their front door. An update to their hours online would have been nice.

We stopped at the 7-11 in White Oak, but there slurpees weren't working, so I drove to this one - on Williamsburg Road. I noticed a man, (who I guess was the manager,) watching my father and daughter as they made their slurpees. Then, my mother asked for the prices for the pizza slices. The same man (manager/owner?) immediately snapped, "READ THE SIGN!" My mother said, "I can't, I'm legally blind and who are you talking to like that?" Unnecessarily rude behavior. Not everyone is a thief, and just because you have signage doesn't mean that those that have vision issues can read it. A little courtesy goes a long way. If you don't want to deal with customers, then you're in the wrong business!!Note: The female cashier was very helpful and explained the price, and that the special begins at 1pm. However, no apology from the rude male manager.
