There’s a new associate, Jocelyn, and she is the sweetest associate ever. I live in the area & visit the location weekly. Every time she’s working the food is fresh & she has the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. It’s refreshing to walk in a convenience store nowadays & get friendliness as well as great customer service. Keep up the good work!

I stopped in for coffee and they didn't have any sleeves for the coffee cups, I normally don't mind but I got 2 extra large cups. Also, there was trouble with their machines processing my card and was then told their systems don't take app payments either unless your card is hooked to PayPal. The *cashier tried over and over to make it work, but at the same time I was getting frustrated. I said to myself -I knew i should have went to WaWa. It was not personal to her but when she walked away she says.. you should go to wawa. Wth? It had nothing to do with her, she was doing everything she could to process it! Customers don't need your attitude when it's the store that you're working at that's at fault!! After many tries to process it in there outdated, broken down system and after she deleted everything and re-entered the payment worked. Next time keep your negative thoughts and attitude to your self. We don't come there to see you or experience your attitude, it's not about you! I was actually thankful for her, trying so hard to make their system work!

Charged me double the listed price, which I agreed to pay after pointing it out because I assumed it wasn't cashier's fault. Then the cashier proceeded to insult me and sarcastically claim to "give an F" about this post modern commercial outpost by offering me a receipt.

Do not use the ATM at all cost 9.00 fees as well as your withdrawal other than that excellent place to visit used the ATM machine sorry I did but if you have to it's there when nothing else is there better off buying something a getting cash from your check out it's free

They were out of onions for my Big Bite which was not done! I had to take it home and put it in the oven! When you know you have a special on grill items they should always be ready! I was not the only customer who wanted onions

Staff member is always kind to me and goes out of her way sometimes. I appreciate it, keep up the hard work :)Edit: they always have everything ready! unlike some other 7-11s there's always something hot to eat no matter the time. I had a little breakfast pizza this morning and whenever i come in for regular pizza in the afternoon they make it fresh for me :)

Employees aren't wearing masks during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sign outside the store clearly states masks are required. Does 7-11 not care about safety if they aren't enforcing the mask mandate for their employees? They also do not seem to care if customers are wearing masks either. Incredibly unsafe. The location is also pretty dirty.

They do not answer their phones. Absolute inconvenience.2 days ago, I left my wallet at one of the pumps (where it was presumably stolen)I called the stores phone number 23 times over the span of the past 2 days and they did not answer a single call. Mind you, I don’t live ANYWHERE near this store. So I just had to drive over an hour this morning to ask them a simple yes-or-no question that could have easily been answered over the phone.Who knows, maybe my wallet was still on the pump all day yesterday & they could have walked outside and saved it IF THEY WOULD HAVE PICKED UP THE FREAKIN PHONE.Customer service is not their strong suit????????????????

Racist establishment. A female employee sprayed chemicals on a customer for absolutely no reason other than racism and then proceeded to follow the innocent victim harassing her and calling the police for no reason. The manger should be fired as well as he tried to cover for his employee. The headquarters need to investigate and remove the franchise's ownership as this does not reflect well on the company as a whole. I will never shop at 7-11 ever again.
