I can't say enough good things about Jimmy Joe's! This was my first time working with them and I have nothing but great things to say! Daisy and Beverly are wonderful in the sales office and Tim and TJ do a fantastic job installing. They just installed a new washer for us and worked with us timely so we didn’t have to keep washing clothes other places! They took away our old washer and checked the new one to make sure it all was working properly before they left. Their prices are very competitive with the “big box” stores but installation and customer service is above and beyond what those chain stores can offer! I'm so thankful for family owned businesses that still care about their customers! Thank you guys!!

I can't say enough good things about Jimmy Joe's! They are the BEST to work with! Daisy and Beverly are wonderful in the sales office and Tim and TJ do a fantastic job installing. They just installed new kitchen appliances for us and we ran into several issues (due to the construction of the house) and they were extremely patient and went above and beyond to get them installed. Any other company would have taken one look at our house and said "you're not ready, cya". But Tim and TJ took the time to fix everything and get it all working properly before they left. I'm so thankful for family owned businesses that still care about their customers!

Tim and TJ just delivered and installed our new Maytag washer and dryer. They were extremely professional and took extra care with our floors during installation. We are thrilled with their service. Old school the way it used to be. They definitely know what they are doing. I will hopefully never have to buy a large appliance from a big box store again. I highly recommend them for all of your appliance purchases and service. As a business owner myself I am usually not impressed with the service you receive today, these guys are the exception. TJ was amazing. Repair of ice maker worked awhile then failed again. He made second service call, found why it failed again, found replacement part and came back to install and all at no additional charge. Rare to see this kind of service in a company.will use again for all my repairs.

Tim and TJ have been awesome to deal with when I've had issues with our aging appliances. They are quick to respond and get out to you for any issues you may be having. They have worked on my fridge and dryer. 10/10.
