After seeking a second opinion, we found out we were not informed of all options we had. The entire process of not being able to actual sit down and talk with anyone was maddening. We found that we had another choice of filing options that greatly affected our refund,and next year we will be taking our business(and that of all our family,whom we have informed of this situation) to the very knowledgeable Staff at another business who charges a literal FRACTION of what we paid H&R Block to get a smaller refund and not be told that we had other options. Also, taking away someone's ability to come into the office is very handicapping to the consumer.
