We deliver team load for this company, It was hustle and hot style due to the broker they were using to broker there load,It was (Hester Diversified Investments, LLC) or Becker, Broker did not have any credit with no factoring company, We asked them to pay 50% of the load up front since they not have any credit, broker required so many paper work and so many pictures. We got abused on this load by the broker, After we deliver the load safe and sound on time. Broker short paid us and put us on Freight guard, while we are not holding no load from them, they refused to answer our calls or respond our emails. Shame on themPlease use different broker next time.Supervisor Justin helped us at least get some of our money from the broker.

I took exit 141 (VA-419) to Indiana St because I didn't want to drive thru the city. Second entrance for the truck gate. I pulled up at 1:30 on a 2am appointment and the Guard made me turn around and come back in 30 minutes later..... He told me it was company policy but I felt like I interrupted his game on the PS5 so he made me turn back. They will let you park on the entrance way to wait for your appointment but once you get empty they kick you off the property. Once you get checked in they will have you go all the way around to the back of the building until you come up on the big sign that says "Receiving." You can't miss it. The staff in the warehouse was professional and quick. Unloaded in 20 minutes or so. Minus one star for making me turn around for being only 30 minutes early and minus one star for no overnight parking when empty considering that their appointments are in the middle of the night

Bought 4 tires one wouldnt balance ask for one replacement tire and then return the defective one . But after talking to yokohama CS they were rude absolutely no help what so ever and couldnt care less . I will never buy anything from yokohama agian . Buy from a tire company that takes care of their customers .

Worked there for 4 months, left and went back to old job. Underpaid for the work you do and the knowledge you're supposed to have about the tire building machine. Supervisors are miserable jerks. And the hours are terrible!!!!!
