I’ve used this community eyesore for the last time. If you don’t line your tire track up a certain way, the wash doesn’t work and you are forced to drive away covered in suds. As easy as it sounds, it’s impossible to see clearly because the wash douses your car before you get into place, and even with the wipers going, it’s impossible to see, especially if you buy their top wash package. While their customer service is polite and accommodating, you will not be reimbursed, but given a voucher instead for more bad service that expires if you don’t use it in time. They also don’t offer touch free options and so you’re stuck going through once you’ve reached the menu selection machine.

I’ve come to this car wash several times and usually it’s decent but I ran through twice today and it did absolutely nothing, disappointed. Not worth the prices.

Happy with the Unlimited Monthly plan through Everwash App. But top of the line Ultimate wash is supposed to include tire shine and at least two sealant wax coatings. Just washed my vehicle and no visible tire shine. I wonder if getting other waxes??Service: Car waxing

Love the touch-free wash! It is very affordable and has unlimited plans available. Friendly attendants present to pre-scrub.

Unfortunately you have to give a star otherwise it would be a 0/5 for me. I stopped yesterday, 9/29/2022 at about 4pm. I was shocked at how dangerous this car wash is and I can not imagine it is up to code. When you enter the bay your windshield is coated with foam soap. You are then expected to drive forward, without vision, and hope you do not run into anything such as the large roller brushes on either side. It seems as if the carwash was designed to have a moving floor of some type where the driver is not expected to drive into the system. My guess is they cut the cost and did not install such a floor and instead put the money into disco style lighting that is beyond insulting to the eye in the night time hours. I do not recommend. When I exited the wash I had a piece of weather stripping flopping around and my side mirrors were pushed forward. The bed of my truck was full of green liquid. I paid $15 for a truck that was not cleaned and damaged. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

My car was loaded with salt spray. Usedthe second from bottom wash. Liked that there was a no touch option. Did a great job removing film and car shined.There was no attendent.

Complete eye sore for Salem. The flashing police style lights really degrade our area. I swore I would never stop there for that reason and I should have stuck to it. The wash is dangerous as you have to drive with a soap covered windshield as a sign flashes "turn wipers on." The brushes were filthy and rubbed the dirt down the side of my paint, adding new swirls no doubt. For a brand new car wash, it is really out of date technology. I chose the most "premium" option and my car now has wax over the remaining dirt that wasn't properly removed. I'll stick to the new tunnel style washes that work much better.
