We were at the bank 30 minutes before they opened to meet a man to look at a truck before we withdrew over $20,000 from the bank. A lady in the parking lot rudely told us we had to move. That we couldnt be in the parking lot before they open. After asking around no one local had ever heard of this. To make it even worse there were others sitting in the parking lot waiting as well. We were the only ones asked to leave.Is it because we are spanish? Is this how they treat customers or is this the type of customer service they give?

Had a good experience adding a business account. Eboni was fast, efficient, and answered all my questions. Of all the Wells Fargo locations in this area, this is the branch I go to when I need to get something done.

This bank just keeps getting worse. They have cut their hour to 9:30am-4pm. I showed up at 3:59 to the drive thru to cash a check. Only to find an employee putting a cone up blocking it. She said use the atm. I said I needed to cash a check but she completely ignored me and walked away. Just yet another reason why I will not have an account there any longer.
