Customer beware - tried to withdraw MY MONEY for a large purchase. Not only did they tell me I couldn’t get my money …. The lady interrogated me over & over as to what I wanted to do with my money. Then she said she had to order my money and it might be a week or more before she could get. She just wasn’t sure when I might be able to get my money. Whaaaatttt? After about 45 minutes of rude behavior she deemed that I could have my money but they never even counted it in front of me. Been with this bank/branch for over 30 years. I see in the news that Wells Fargo is scamming their customers again. Such a terrible company and it saddens me that my bank branch has gotten so far away from any type of customer service.
Angie, I already sent info to customer service and got a form thank you for your information and we will get back to you. No surprise, haven’t heard a word. Once again I feel that Wells Fargo has completely forgotten their customers! I am currently looking into moving my savings account to a bank that cares about customers and I’m recommending no one opens a new account with WF.

I've never had bad experiences like I have had at this branch. Absolutely horrible. I bank with many other banks as well and this branch and this bank has been the worst.

I have a 780 credit score. I was denied for a 2% cash-back credit card by Wells Fargo.And just now news breaks that Wells Fargo reached another $37 million settlement with the DoJ for yet another fraudulent act, this time overcharging foreign-exchange services.Y’all deserve what you get, frankly. Denying good business and getting fined for bad. Another day in paradise.

Tried to open an account the other day... was treated VERY poorly by staff. Very rude, tellers whispering to each other after I asked very basic questions about their accounts/services/etc.

I've been with platinum card Wells Fargo member since 2011. If I could give this location 0 stars I would! I have never been so disrespected by a young blonde haired teller in all my days. Customer service should be #1 when dealing with ones money! Whomever the manager is really needs to take heed to this warning! I will never deal with Wells EVER AGAIN!!!!
