I visited my local Verizon store to obtain assistance on restoring data on my cell phone purchased thru Verizon. Jesse Fevela, the Verizon employee who helped me was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable, fixing my issue quickly. As a Verizon customer, I very much appreciate this valuable, "service after the sale" assistance, which will keep me a happy Verizon customer!

Just recently moved here. Very pleased with this location and the workers are all very professional and helpful.I have purchased a few accessories and every time I come they are extremely professional. Jesse and Phillip are the two that helped me today and I can't say how happy I was with their service and would recommend this store to anyone.

These folks were very helpful in getting my account reset to the way I wanted. Don't waste time with the phone based customer service. Walk in to this building and get what you need. Great job.

I stopped in to update my phone in December and was greeted by Donovan Simmons. I forgot most of my passwords but he worked patiently with me until we were able to come up with most of them. In the time he worked with me he was so patient, personable and very polite even when I asked the same question multiple times. I hope all of your employees are this patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him

Great customer service from Hunter!! He was efficient, fast, and made the process of selecting my phone easy. Transferring from one service provider to Verizon was very challenging in my case, but I really appreciated Logan’s persistence for over 6 hours on it. Hunter solved the final issues swiftly and with great competence.

I highly recommend Donovan Simmons to anyone needing anything. He has the best customer service personality and is extremely knowledgeable. I am not "tech savvy" at all but he made me feel appreciated even though I was just asking how to do an insurance claim. He let me stay at the counter so that I would know I filed it correctly

I have to say the two associates that tried to help me today were AMAZING! I was aggravated before walking in, but they were so professional & courteous. They had to direct me to the main office is Valley view for what I needed but that's ok. These two associates and the sweet lady who tried to help too are awesome! Thank you so much for the effort.
