I would give Brandon more than 5 stars if I could! Brandon at Cellular Sales in Salem was absolutely amazing! I was in desperate need of a new phone, specifically the Pixel 8 Pro. After searching everywhere, I found the Salem store, and Brandon did the impossible—he got me the phone I needed. Thank you so much for all your hard work! I absolutely love my new phone!

We were driving through the area today, on our way South from New England, and experienced trouble with my Samsung Smart Phone. We were lucky enough to meet Alex Chin at this Verizon location and he immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was professional, courteous, and extremely personable. This Verizon Store is lucky to have Alex as part of their team!!!

Stopped in for a brief consultation on new phones and service. 45 Minutes later, Nick had us out the door with two new phones and upgraded service for almost what I was paying for the previous plan. I had actually called Verizon earlier in the day and besides the language barrier, the guy was all over the place. I didn't understand what he was proposing so I hung up and just went in. Great decision on my part. I guess the instore service is the reason I've been with Verizon for the last 14 years. Thank you Nick, great job.

Melissa Rhodes helped me transfer three new phones and reviewed my business lines plans. She improved our plans and reduced our costs all very efficiently. Melissa is an outstanding customer service representative in a time when it's almost unheard of.

My girlfriend's phone broke after an accident at work, so we visited Verizon to upgrade. Malissa greeted us warmly and guided us through our options transparently. With her help, we decided on a Google Pixel 8 Pro and some accessories, including a portable charger pack. The experience was fantastic, and we'll definitely return for future needs. Great service!

Won’t go back.
This is NOT a Verizon corporate store, it is an outside authorized dealer called Cellular sales, it’s painted to look like a corporate store though. They also won’t tell you they are not a Verizon store, this is actually a thing Verizon is allowing for many stores.
I upgraded my phone on 3/23/24. I did not ask for nor want to change my plan. A rep named Noah, changed my plan without telling me. He didn’t even upgrade me to a good plan, just slightly higher plan than where I was, just enough that he could get a bigger commission and we might not have noticed the change. My husband caught it when he just happened to go to a different store a week later to upgrade his own phone but it happened to be a corporate store. So, the sneaky switch was bad enough, but they did something messed up to my number when they activated my phone as well. He messed it up so badly that Verizon tier 2 tech couldn’t even figure out how to fix the phone for two hours and eventually had to just end up canceling my number, deleting it from my account and starting over. We’re still not sure what was done. I couldn’t receive calls for a week. A nice guy at the same store helped me call Verizon at least, so not all the reps are bad.
I wouldn’t go here again, I don’t appreciate being scammed. A complaint was put in with Verizon against the store and the sales rep.
