It isn't that easy to make my hair look good; it's thin and frizzy, but I have never been as happy with my hair as I have been since I started coming here. I see Travis and he's fast and talented, and always good for a chat.

I am one of those "haven't been in a salon in 15 years for a reason" people. I've been occasionally hacking at it for years. Matt made me feel so comfortable, so well taken care of, and so unafraid. He gave me EXACTLY what I asked for rather than just doing whatever he thought might be better. He offered excellent suggestions and he was right.

I've always been very picky about where I get my hair done and who cuts it. I decided it was time for a new look and a fresh cut. I saw that VeLuxe had a 5 star review and honestly just went with it haha. I made an appointment with Keelynn because her reviews were amazing. She definitely lived up to them. I've never trusted a salon so much off of reviews like I did VeLuxe. She listened to me from root to tip and put up with my pickiness. She consulted with me on what exactly I wanted and I did just that. I recommend this salon 110% and Keelynn. I love my new hair!!

I paid to get my girlfriends hair done and instead of Scarlett Johansson she looked like carrot top. Completely messed up dye job by Keelynn. The service was horrible and she didn't even offer a discount after my girlfriend said she hated it.

Imagine moving to a new state and town and searching for a stylist. You have anxiety about hair cuts from so many BAD experiences. You pray about it, research and read many reviews then call several places but don't get a good vibe. You finally read about a place with several amazing stylists, call and ask if anyone is available for a cut. The voice on the other end of the line says, yes, Keelyn can see you at 1:30 and you are so excited you want to jump thru the phone because that's exactly who you wanted!! Let's just say I haven't smiled this much about my long hair with layers in over a year!!! #4evercustomer

I highly recommend this establishment. Keelynn is absolutely amazing. I had a haircut for months that was pretty awful (from a mall salon where the stylist could care less about my hair). I was in need of a drastic overhaul. It's not often a stylist matches what I want to have done and Keelynn excelled. She even explained how she was using the styling equipment and recommended products for my hair and the style I wanted. She made time for us at the end of the day and like a phoenix salvaged an amazing haircut from the ashes of my previous do. I cannot thank her enough and she will most assuredly have my repeat business.

I have known Travis for almost ten years. Both he and Keelynn have cut my hair and they always do a great job. Mindy, Linda, and Matt are so friendly and every time I go in, everyone says Hi. They have a convenient downtown location and a nice, clean salon.
