I've had a great experience couple days ago at the UPS Salem! I needed to print an Amazon return label and to make a few copies. For some reason I wasn't able to send the email and Brian and Marcio went above and beyond helping me to send the email and printing! I totally recommend this store, they are always friendly and helpful! Spot on!

I came in Tuesday and was assisted by Marcio. I explained to him I needed my package shipped to the address and pointed at the return shipping label that I had created and placed on the box. He proceed to point at the box, and didn’t say a word I looked at him and he said your tape? I didn’t tape the box. I told him I didn’t have any, he proceeded to say with a disgusting attitude “well the stores do so you could buy it”. He then proceed to say with a sarcastic tone and say “I will do you a favor and do it for you”. I said oh well UPS supply it and I’ve never went had a problem with UPS taping my box up, so I didn’t think I’d be an issue this time. I told him he didn’t have to be a jerk and talk to me that way. He acted flabbergasted as if he didn’t have an attitude. He handed me my receipt and I left. The next day Wednesday I came home from work and the same package I gave him was on my front porch. You can clearly see where the label existed on the box where I placed it. He even tapped on the spot the label was at except the label was no longer there. I still have my receipt showing I dropped it off and the tracking shows in transit to go to OH not VA. I went in there today to resend my package, Marcio assisted me again took my package gave me my receipt. I asked him why did he take my label off the package he said he didn’t and that the driver most have. Absolutely not I said how could the driver have done that if you had put tape on the label? What is the driver going to do pull your tape off and then my label and retape my package back up. No Marcio pulled my label off then taped the box. The expression on his face showed he was guilty, then he said it was a stressful day at work and admitted that he did it and doesn’t know why he did it and apologized. And asked me to accept his apology. Apologies is not going to fix tampering with my mail. I asked for the supervisor information and he refused to give me it. Marcio should not be a manager if he is tampering with federal mail. I believe that’s a felony. This needs to be taken to higher up or the police.

Absolutely TERRIBLE UPS store. The employees are rude and I was charged $3.69 to print out one label on a single sheet of computer paper; $3.00 “computer use fee” (I didn’t even use the computer, the employee did) + $0.50 “copies” fee. Absolutely ridiculous. Zero stars. Every other UPS store charges approximately $1.00 to print a label, so what in the scam is going on at this establishment?

Make sure you tape up a box before you send it back as an Amazon return. The guy at the front will definitely yell at you that he is not getting paid to tape up your boxes and he does not make a profit for using his tape to send back your boxes. While I understand this, I simply made a mistake by rushing this morning and not realizing that box was not taped. I'll also point out there were about six other people in the store as I was berated publicly. Unfortunately this is the only game in town so be prepared if you don't tape your box up! This is the first time I've ever made this mistake and obviously it will be the last time I make this mistake! I have learned my lesson! Thank you for teaching me in such a brutal manner Mr UPS guy!

Normally I have had really great experiences at this location but recently I brought in several items for them to package and ship for me. They said it would take 4 boxes which I thought was a bit much but figured they were just trying to package everything carefully and using a lot of bubble wrap. Total cost was over a thousand dollars. Boxes arrive with 0 packing materials or bubble wrap. Items were just thrown in over sized boxes and several items broke. Can't even file a claim because they want to inspect the original packaging and won't accept pictures as documentation. Also come to find out all items would have fit in just 2 boxes.
Very disappointed.

Store owner VERY rude . Just left out and he didn’t know how to explain in proper English that i didn’t need all 3 labels provided by Amazon so he kicked me out of the store because i told him that i did not understand what he was saying . It’s so much easier when the lady and her daughter are working

I had an Amazon return that I had accidentally chosen to return to Staples (this is a new trick by Staples) and the manager was very helpful to correct the return I had chosen. Bravo to the new manager and BOO to Staples!! I'll be more careful next time I click in Amazon for a return. Glad this store has new management!

Went in person, according to the person at the front desk, only the manager could help me. Was told to leave my number and I would be called that day. Still waiting on that call….

Great experiences with this company. They are under new management and it shows. The manager was very helpful and assisted in correcting my error prior to reviewing and notorizing.

This store has a new manager and associate and what a wonderful difference this made today. I had a simple Amazon return, which had been incorrectly labeled for a Staples pick up. They quickly helped me re-label the return for free and saved me a trip during a busy morning.
New manager Marcio, and his associate Bryan took time and were committed to helping me. I really appreciated their help this morning. Pleasant, efficient, and appropriate. So glad to have this new management, as I used to avoid this office for even the smallest concern.
