I've been going there since day one when they first opened. The pharmacist was a man named Pete he was so friendly and always took care of business and I never had any problems until he left and this current pharmacist took over along with all new staff workers and every since there seems to be one issue after another I know things can change when new owners take over a business but these people just don't seem to know what there doing they keep filling two scripts that I've told them several times that I don't need anymore and even my doctor has told them but after all that they still continue to fill the wrong medication it just amazes me they are supposed to be professional

Trinity pharmacy is the best pharmacy not only in the Salem area but in our entire region.We been refilling our family prescriptions for number of years now.The staff is very friendly and helpful. Exactly type of the environment you need. Honestly, we feel cured the moment we walk into their doors.They even remember names of our each family members. Thank you Trinity.

Very enjoyable experience every time I go to Trinity. Owner, Pharmacist, and staff are very kind and always helpful. Not many places left where you can walk in and they know you by name. They’re also currently offering Covid tests and vaccinations. I’d like to keep this place my secret but that’s not fair to others looking for family oriented service.

Excellent pharmacy! I take alot of medications and Trinity is able to keep up with them all. Always polite and helpful. They also deliver my medications and their delivery driver is a very kind person. He is the best delivery driver I've ever ever met!

The positives; the pharmacist Lucy is nice.The negatives; everything else! Delivery is a joke and a half. Took three days of harassing them, and each day they said my meds would be here by 6pm. Never happened. A new excuse each day, that *I* had to call for, because they never called me. My mother in law had to go and pick up my meds. I do not recommend this place even for dog medication. They also don't stock things like phenergan or Reglan regularly.
