I was given a quote of 107 dollars to have work done on my car for it to pass inspection. I told them to let me know before they do anything that would cost more money. When I get there to pick up my car I am charged 340 dollars. The lady at the front advised me that the person that gave me the quote, quoted me wrong. She stated he has done this multiple times and has been written up for it. The lady then stated all she can do for me is say I’m sorry. This is not my fault her employee is make it mistakes. If they know he is doing this wrong then they need to check after him.

TLC switched the type of oil in my vehicle without informing me of the significant difference it would make. They did so without my knowledge or permission. I was told the service person who did this was fired. But TLC refused to change the oil back to what the vehicle came with originally at their expense. They refused to account for their mistake. They let me drive with a different oil for 5,000 miles above recommdation and refuse to even change the oil for free . I had to pay for their mistake, even though they admitted the person who did has been let go.
Do not trust your vehicle here.

I’d give this place -4 stars if I could. These people check things that shouldn’t even be checked on state inspection assuming so they can fail your car and potentially make money to repair it. They not only lost me as a customer but also my husband and a few friends of his. Never again!!

Repairs and inspection was a breeze.Too bad they don't finish the job and want pay.Also they decided to over fill my transmission fluid to blow my transmission thinking I was being it back to them.Make sure you oversee your car before going in and Overlook it before paying.

Took my Denali in this morning to get inspected it failed for a ball joint the guys had the part in 10 minutes and had me out the door with an inspection in 2 hours. Great service and friendly mechanics!Service: Steering & suspension repair

My boyfriend and I went to get his radiator looked at and the people there were awesome ! Refilled our fluids, ordered our parts to the store, and fixed it all up in one day. Absolutely fantastic service. Will definitely be our #1 stop for car problems.
