I am a 71-year-old grandmother. I have had Sport Clips cut my hair for 8+ years because my hair is so thick and coarse. I have never had so much attention to my haircuts in my whole life. I get a modified Wedge. So perfect!!! The ladies at church always compliment my hair. I can blow dry in 15 minutes for style and my hair stays perfect all day. Thank you Sport Clips!!!!!

So the store closes at 6, get there 20 mins before close because I work a 9-5. Get told "we're not doing anymore haircuts right now because we close soon". What's the point in staying open till 6 if you guys stop taking customers before close? Not even open for a full 8 hours at this point. Why be open at all if you're just going to deny a paying customer? Wasted my time and gas driving there because it says open till 6. The Two girls were literally just sitting there not doing anything. Whoever the manager or owner is, should definitely fix this, because it's just pure laziness from what I saw.

Rude staff!! For some reason they never have any more than one person working and walk ins are almost impossible. Never going back.

Great with kids. Started taking my 9 year old son here earlier this year and he loves it. I like that they keep his preferences on file so each time we come back it's easy for him to confirm what he wants.

I have never in my life had a haircut as bad as the one I received today.When I sat down, the stylist (Misty) asked me what i wanted. I specifically said to her “I want a bald fade taper on the sides, my end goal is mullet”.The first thing she proceeds to do is start cutting the back of my completely ruining a year’s worth of hair growth.Not only that, but she fade one side much higher than the other making the top lopsided. I also told her to leave the top the same length, and she cut off about an inch to an inch and a half. Furthermore, the back of my head was cut so high up, and uneven.Her and the other stylist spent about half the haircut talking about “the crackheads on williamson”. At the end of the haircut, Misty told me I was “going to look like d*** & dumber”.I sat in my car afterwards and cried for about 10 minutes.I cannot stress enough that you should never go here. I cannot believe I paid 36$ for such a horrible haircut.Service: Haircut

First time I ever been to Sports Clips, And I know for sure that I will definitely be back! I walked into just get a haircut, but I got WAY more than that a great haircut, the stylist was very helpful and detailed of what I wanted and didn't want, plus a few options that I didn't think about. She took her time and was very careful not to miss anything or leave pieces of hair on me. Plus she was very kind and helpful about and with my glasses and that I could not see without them during the whole thing and asked if I needed them to check my hair a few times during the cut. (Never had a Stylist do that. Very nice touch) Next, she explained the MVP experience and said since I was there for the first time it was free. (I was prepared to pay for it. But I take anything free!) She took my back to the hair washing area. And gave me a very nice hot towel to put on my face, It felt so good. When she started to wash my hair it felt like a angel's touch. Felt like a actual massage! (Which I actually had several professional massages in the past.) the face massage was great too, only complaint was the towel won't stay on. But not that big of a deal. The last thing was the shoulder and neck treatment. It was ok, but it did it's job somewhat, but again I am spoiled with professional massages, not this small machine. The only complaint I had was the wait 45 minutes or so, but 4 people in front of me and only 2 workers. Not the business's fault, they are just popular I guess. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I was the only one there & the lady finished the girls hair prior to me & then went into the back room & left me hanging so I just went somewhere else. Poor customer service. & they messed up my boyz hair. Boooooo
