If I could give a negative star, I would, but one is all it allows me! I have never been to this facility before. I called earlier in the day, the lady said she had a 45 minute. Wait for a beard trim. So I headed on out, takes me about 30 minutes to get there, had to get ready. It was about 45 minutes. I get to the building as soon as I walk in. I'm not greeted with a hello, but with a, have you checked our online availability? I stated, no I called, and you said forty five minutes so I came in she says, yeah, unfortunately i'm completely at max capacity as there's noone but a gentleman an his young daughter standing in the facility, and no one in her seats, worst customer service I've ever experiencedin a salon setting

This place is completely awful. Every time I go, the wait is insane. It is never a quick thing, and they do not allow appointments. The hair cuts are never consistent. I will never be back!
