Mind blowing. They claimed to be understaffed so could not place order at drive through. We would have to1. download the app and order our foodor2. Pull around to one of the parking slots and order from there.Went to slot and they said now they would only take orders via the appThere was nobody else there. Between that and the ratings I see here, there are alot of red flags on this location.Can't describe how crazy this was. We spent alot of time trying to empathize with staff as to why they couldn't take the order. Again, only people there and it took longer to explain that we would have to use the app than it would have if they processed the order normally.

Changing review because took 20 minutes to get food in drive thru. Made me late to take my wife lunch which she only gets 30 minutes to have a lunch. No place should take 20 minutes from order to get food in drive

I've been the only car waiting and it takes them 10 minutes still just to take your order. Hopefully you aren't on your lunch break if you go.

How is this store still open? I feel for the employees who are working in what looks like 3/4 inches of water and our food being presented to us in these conditions is unacceptable. You can literally see the water coming up from the floor drains & what looks like mold coming up as well. Is this not a health hazard?? Especially to be serving food in these conditions!!! I’m astonished!!!

Go somewhere else, there's a reason the average review here is 2 stars. They're not trying to improve, they didn't just have a rocky start, this franchise is just bad.I had the same experience as so many other people have had. They made my food and didn't bring it out for 35 minutes, and when I finally asked about it they brought it out cold and told me they didn't have one of the items. They said they would refund the item they didn't have, and they have not. Their phone number just hangs up on you.This is consistently ignored by their management and owner, as evidenced by every other reviewer and the copy/paste response I am sure to receive. Additionally, corporate support has to escalate to process refunds. It's just garbage all the way down the chain.

I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order and no one bothered to do so. I drove away to Sam's Hotdog Stand and, including waiting for two vehicles ahead of me, I had my food in less than 10 minutes.

If I could do zero stars I would, went two weeks ago and spent almost $50 in food just for my order to be messed up. Contacted the store and the assistant manager said he would replace the messed up food the next time we came by. Decided to have a sonic night last night and get our food replaced, a mistake on my part I won't make again. The assistant manager was rude, refused to remake the order like he said he would, then told me he didn't need our service when I said I'd just go elsewhere. My fiance contacted corporate three different times and at most they want to give a $5 coupon for almost $50 of food that was messed up. Won't waste my time or money going back, obviously the manager is a joke and the company is cheap.

I ordered it to drive through four or five orders at a time for business. I'm told that I cannot make the two orders at a time and drive around each time for 2 orders. Makes us late for lunch takes to much time! Would think your policy would be to generate good will and return business. Please respond as we wish to return. Ty. Update! To owner. Your advice to reach out to franchise person got no response! Manager actually told me nothing would be done about serving multiple orders for my business. This is unacceptable and don't recommend this business to anyone! Just look at the reviews.

Stopped here after working outdoors on a 16 hour shift hoping for a quick meal. Was met with cold food. I never have great expectations for fast food nonetheless you don't serve a cold meal. Crossing this place off the list.

If you are a Doordasher, make sure they put everything in the bag…also, if the customer gets a dessert, make sure they communicate you when the machines are down. Went to pick up my customer’s order and they did not communicate that their ice cream machine was down to me nor the customer so we drove all the way to the house thinking everything was good and bagged. Double check, all i’m sayin!

Horrible experiance, paid 22 dollars to wait 22 minutes for luke warm food. They didnt start getting our order together until i asked the second time qhere our food was. The waitress was too busy going to the bathroom every 5 minutes (we parked in front)and there were only 2 other cars in the parking lot. The guy brings our food out and he said they were shortstaffed and did i want a coupon? What was a coupon going to do for terrible service. I should of read the reviews first.

Ordered around 6:30pm. Payment did not work on the drive in sign. Food arrived stone cold and missing one part of the order. Fries were inedible as they were cold and soggy with grease. Lemonade was 90% ice with a hint of liquid. This is the last time we eat at a Sonic. The carhop was friendly but completely overworked.
