Charles has cut my hair for over 30 years. Wherever he went I followed. Personable friendly and knowledgeable at his trade. Would personally recommend charles for anyone male or female.

If you're looking for a high quality haircut for an affordable price, this is the place. They charge $15.00 for a great cut. The owner is very nice too. Most places charge $25.00 plus, and don't take pride in their job like Shay-pit hair designer's does.
