Firstly I want to say... If you're wanting a car with zero flaws- go buy a brand new car.
As for me and my family, pre-loved vehicles is where it's at! 🙂 We bought our first vehicle from Sharp about 7 months ago. That vehicle just started giving us issues. I contemplated trading it in at a dealership, but instead called Lori at Sharp and explained my issue. In less than 24 hours, my car is back at their lot awaiting repairs. Being a family of 5 in a financial bind, a nearly broken down car, and 2.5 hours away from home... Lori helped not only schedule to fix our current vehicle, but she put us in another vehicle SAME DAY! We drove our new car off the lot while our old girl sits and waits for us to return. The new car ended up having a stuck caliber 10 miles away, we were able to take it back to their shop, where it will also be fixed and waiting for pick up. AND they graciously gave us a loaner vehicle so we could get home.
I am beyond grateful and feel so blessed to have stumbled upon Sharp Cars Ltd, Lori and everyone else in the Sharp family. Thank you for all your hard work, dedication and compassion in this crazy world.

Just recently got a Subaru crosstrek from them, absolutely love the car. Just a psa to everyone, these guys are amazing, you might have to fix a thing or two or wait for the vehicle to be ready, but it’s worth the wait, from my experience here.

Great place to get your car from they are like family once you establish business I wouldn’t recommend no other place for second chance ppl or just wanted to buy a car and get good business the mechanic is awesome he get the job done and Lori she there for all your customer service need thanks to this car family I’m back on the rode again you are appreciated

Worse place ever, they don’t hold to their promises. Just like the others, they will take your car back after payments are made. They have junk cars. My daughter paid her car off early from them, and they couldn’t produce a title. I asked about a title and they couldn’t find mine either. My daughter has to take them to court to get a title. Kept giving her the run around. Trust the comments and go elsewhere. Melrose lot already closed down. Buyer beware! If you decide to buy from them, understand that you’re throwing away money. Look at the Salem lot and then make your decision. Looks like a junkyard. Please pay attention the the comments. A lot of us are saying the same thing. Don’t let cheap down payments fool you, you will pay in the end..

This is the WORSE place to buy cars from. I bought an impala that blew up way before I could even pay it off, I traded it back in for a dodge avenger that blew up on me completely within 10 months. The people here are very shady, EXTREMELY rude and very VERY unethical. They dont care about you or the car you purchased, they care about your pockets. If you try to take the car YOU BOUGHT FROM THEM to get it fixed, they wanna charge you an arm and a leg and maybe some organs just to fix their cheap car that they "Fixed" DO NOT and I cant stress this enough, DO NOT buy a car from here. I dont care if they offer you a car for 500 bucks. Dont do it.

They tell you they will work with you but don't. Especially during the covid-19..they said this to my daughter and didn't and came repossessed her car..they were supposed to fixed problems with car but haven't and she had to used money to pay for it to get somewhat mobile..a bunch of crooks and lies..
