Stopped to get a room for the night at 12:30 am. NO ONE was the front desk or responded to the buzzer! Nor did anyone answer the phone!! We were there about 10 minutes with no response. We left.

The staff was overwhelmingly courteous and accommodating! Great location, right off the highway, along my lengthy trip home from Knoxville. Room was clean and comfortable!
