We ordered a couch in June. The quality was very poor, the cushions were not stuffed properly, the fabric was buckled on all sides of the couch. We contacted Clayton several times and sent pictures of our issues. When we confronted Clayton in the store he was annoyed by our complaint and said "it's a couch this is what will happen to the cushions" We had the couch for 6 weeks and it already looked like it was 5 years old. They had horrible customer service and poor quality furniture. We will never use them again. We have many friends with similar complaints about fabrics and furniture purchased from the store. Do not purchase from them! You will regret it.
