Today was my first time ever stepping foot into a Napa. Previously, I was a loyal customer to one of their competitors. However, today while researching parts and prices online, Napa was the only one that had that had them in stock AND also the cheapest. Now I would be willing to pay a little extra at the other place, if they had knowledgeable and friendly staff like they used to, but the past few years they've been rude/condescending. The guys I talked to today at Napa however, were knowledgeable, helpful, and discussed the different possible causes of my issue without being condescending. As a woman who works on her own cars I've become accustomed to people talking to me like they're trying to explain quantum physics to a goldfish, so it's nice when instead, I'm treated like a paying customer should be -with dignity and respect.
