“Firstly - I had a situation that the rep and I were not on the same page and I got frustrated. I did leave a negative review hoping to hear from the owner. I was able to speak with him and we figured out the issue. In a nutshell we were saying the same thing but from two different perspectives. We were able to figure it out and in doing so I removed my original review and am now leaving this one. I appreciate an owner that is willing to hear me out and figure it out to come to a resolution. Not all do, most are not present at all so when they are they need to be recognized.”

“I've had a great experience couple days ago at the UPS Salem! I needed to print an Amazon return label and to make a few copies. For some reason I wasn't able to send the email and Brian and Marcio went above and beyond helping me to send the email and printing!
