It's where I like to go to get flowers and supplies but the reason it got four stars is one day I went there to get weed killer that was on the shelf that was filthy dirty and look like it came from a flea market . I told two employees about it and they said that's terrible. None of them offered to say. Let me go see this and get this off the shelf.

Went to get my rewards free flower and they were organized having a separate table setup with an employee only doing the reserved flowers so we did not have to wait in the long lines in checkout line. Thank you.

This is the first place I go for all home improvement, hardware, appliances, gardening and plants. I have bought many tools, rugs, blinds, ceiling lights, fans. Doors and appliances. I've never regretted or had a problem with any of my purchases.

I went into the store with the intent to buy a GE profile waser/dryer set ,, absolutely no one at the sales desk , no one asked if they could help me , I found the sales person but he was on the phone at the front door as I was walking out !!! Service certainly has gone away !!!

I've always had a good experience at Lowes. The staff are friendly and helpful. Some of them are really knowledgeable, and others need to study their merchandise a little more. However, I'm not disappointed in the store or staff. The merchandise is excellent quality as well.
