“I discovered this Kroger as a quick place to run in for a couple bags of ice and I’m so glad I did. I willingly pass several other krogers and competitors to shop this particular location and it’s not because of variety of products, nor prices. It is simply that I’ve never ever, ever found a grocery store with better people. Every staffer I’ve met is the most pleasant and helpful you could ever want and well with the extra distance. West Salem you are so blessed to have such wonderful folk working here.”

“This is laid out like most ABC stores. The Virginia section is in the front on the left when you walk in. I like buying local when I visit a new place. We spoke with a staff person who was very knowledgeable and shared their current specials with us. The checkout process was very smooth and the. He koit person was very friendly too. Shopping here was a very pleasant experience. Prices were also lower than our home state of NC because VA does not have as high of taxes on alcohol. Highly recommend this location.”
