Kroger is the worst chain of grocery stores in the Roanoke area. Their shelf stock is lacking and they don't have people to work because per the manager, the corporate office will not let they pay overtime. This is nothing but greed. The way to stop the greed is to stop shopping in their stores which is what I plan to do. I will give my money to Food Lion or Aldi's. Kroger is a poorly run company. Its amazing they only way of contacting the corporate office is by mail as they don't have a contact phone number. The customer service is not even located in the USA.

Found some good buys,lot of selection,marked down flowers,hot cross buns; however the stores are so jam packed and aisle so close together it becomes an excuse me experience. Not an enjoyable dread going.

Staff doesn’t stock receipt paper in self checkout lanes. Restrooms are cleaned during rush hours. Some cashiers have so much free time they can standby

No one on registers. Employees would walk away from you. No prices. Self checkout was not working.

Unorganized and out of a ton of items. Also, nobody knew where “kimchi” was just to be lead on a scavenger hunt to 3 different places and finding out “oh we are out of that too”Never going back to this location
