We just bought a minivan from Lee Jones and could not be more pleased with the buying experience. Lee is an honest and reasonable businessman, which is hard to find these days. He made the process fast and easy, with no gray areas or dishonesty about the condition of the vehicle. Next time we're in the market for a car, we'll be bringing our business to Jones Car Company.

We love the Saab 9-3 that we bought from Jones Car Company! I planned a trip to the Roanoke area earlier this week to look at cars. I found them through Edmunds and that led me to their website. I really liked reading their "About Us" page. After that, they became the dealer to visit first. We talked to the owner in person at the Salem location about the car. And just from his description, we knew we were probably going to buy it. We drove to their Shawsville location and the car was waiting for us right next to the office door. The salesman was so friendly. We bought the car on the spot. We didn't even consider checking out any other dealers after we saw the car. The detail job that they did on the car was amazing! It was as clean as a brand new car inside and out. I feel like we got a real treasure for a great price and all of the people we dealt with were so nice. It was well worth the 85 mile drive one way from Campbell county to purchase this car!

He’s a crook! Within the 1st month of owning the car I had to put an a/c compressor in after 2more months the motor mount went bad then 1 week later it blew out the head gasket I haven’t even driven it 1500 miles and now it’s been in 3 different repair shop and no one wants to work on it I’m still making my car payment but have not driven it for 3 months
Think long and hard before you buy from him!!!!!

Update 12/2022 I got another vehicle and I am still very happy working with Jones Car Company... no problems with any of my vehicles! ....03/2022 bought another vehicle, and I have to say I trust and am happy with my 3rd car... I bought a Honda in 2018 and it's done great! I just traded my GMC Jimmy in for a Spark so far it's doing great. I feel I can trust Jones Car Company! That means a lot to me this day and time!!

I needed a car really bad after being without one for a week. I always wanted another VW Jetta since that was the first car I ever owned and I loved that car. Lee even picked me and my daughter up because we would have had to walk down to see the car. He then let us not only test drive the car, but also take it to the lender to sign the papers and he took my old 1999 as a trade in as well. He made todays experience for me the best one I have had all week. I am so glad that I didn't go where I originally was going to and went with Jones Car Company. I will also be using them for my repair needs as well. And the fact that the office didn't smell like smoke --many do--and neither did the car was a huge plus for me since my daughter has asthma) Thank you Lee for going out of your way today to help me out! It was a truly wonderful experience. Merry Christmas!
