Very friendly, wayyy cheaper than even Autozone or Advance Auto or Oreily for an even better battery! Cheaper than interstate battery's own website! Despite being busy in the rain when everyone showed up (of course) I was in and out in ten minutes and that included a free battery and alternator test AND installion of new battery! :) Will be back for all my battery needs! Thank you!

I Have been using Interstate battery in Salem for 20 plus year. Today 4/6/2024 around 9 am I arrived . Asked the man if he could check my battery. He said "pull it up to the door " (RUDE) I pull the car to the door and he checks the battery. Said " Running a little low. Do you want to replace it?"
I said yes please. The he said' We will not install in this car."(2015 ford escape) I replied you all put this battery in last time. He Replied " It wasn't me"
After driving from Bedford for the customer service I have always be used to. I am highly disappointed.
Stoped at a local parts store to have battery checked again. Said it was fine.
I am so confused and disappointed.
I don't know if I need a battery or not.
